If your products do not require shipping, this MIVA Merchant module
will eliminate unnecessary shipping selections. The
module can hide all reference to shipping methods on the
shipping and payment selection screen, basket, invoice
and notification/confirmation emails.
You can modify this no shipping feature to show or hide
shipping for specific locations. The module can be
configured to match specific states, countries or zip code
addresses to show or hide the shipping screens. If
this is implemented, then the module will show or hide
selection of methods from the store's assigned shipping
modules. For example, the store could designate free
shipping to a specific list of ZIP codes as local addresses.
Or it might be used to allow free shipping to an entire
country or list of countries. The store owner selects
how this module will be used in his/her store.
This module is available for OpenUI user interface only.
It cannot be used with viking's other page templates because
that module replaces the user interface with its own.
