BASKET MASTER BUNDLE

Basket Master bundle contains basket tools for both the store owner and customer. It contains four of our most popular basket related modules for MIVA Merchant storefronts.

o Mini-basket and Recent Visit History Display
 - Summarize basket contents on most Merchant screens
 - List product name or code, quantity, and price
 - Use image to alert new additions made to basket
 - Display a checkout link when order minimum is reached
 - Use store's assigned shipping modules to preview shipping options and charges
 - List recently visited product pages with easy add to basket button
 - Optionally use OpenUI token to place the mini-basket in many places on the screen
 - Optionally use OpenUI token to place visit history outside of the mini-basket
 - Owner can monitor live activity of customers visiting product pages through admin
 - Customize mini-basket look in admin (color, size, headings)
 - Built-in link to view main basket
 - Optionally hide mini-basket if no products are in it
o Restock Shelves
 - Eliminate the need for the store owner to manually delete expired baskets
 - Automatically reclaim expired baskets and restock the inventory
 - Activity log shows completed orders and abandoned baskets totals for comparison
 - Activity log for any time period and displayed as text and graphics
 - Sale Saver optional email contains the summary data from the periodic restocking plus customer and product info in the abandoned baskets
o Show Baskets
 - Display open baskets (active and expired) in table format
 - Use with our Talk Back module to initiate live chat sessions
o Lost and Found Orders
 - Display contents of baskets before and after the order is finalized

^brief: Basket Master bundle contains basket tools for both the store owner and customer. Customers can view their basket contents without opening the full basket display. They can easily retrace their footsteps and locate product pages they had visited but not put in the basket yet. Store owners can track customer navigation in the store, view store basket activity, analyze completed vs abandoned orders, and potentially locate lost order information.
