This film came out in 1980 and is a hysterical knockoff of
American Graffiti. It's about a group of high-school hellraisers on Halloween night, 1965 who have to deal with the closing of their drive-in hang-out. Great cast featured Michelle Pfeiffer, Tony Danza, Fran Drescher and Robert Wuhl. The card pictured shows the cheerleader who may or may not be wearing undergarments.
