| The percent of total module by state zone allows you to specify different shipping rates based on the method of shipping AND the subtotal cost of the order AND the state the item is being shipped to. The module evaluates the "ship to" state and only displays those methods and rates applicable to the destination. This prevents customers from selecting lower rates which may not be available for them. The module also limits the shipping charge to a minimum and maximum, set by the store owner in admin. | ||
