Effortlessly notify your winning bidders of the product they
won with a direct link into your storefront to compute
shipping and tax and complete the purchase. Works with the
External Product Purchase module to process items not in your
MIVA Merchant store inventory.
This module works with both the MIVA Corp look and feel(mmui)
and the OpenUI look and feel (oui). It does not required
editing of mv files.
This module is specifically for products which are NOT in
your store inventory. As such it works directly with the
External Product Purchase module. If you already have that
module, then do not include the External Product Purchase
module with this purchase. If you don't have the External
Product Purchase module and would like to get it, add it on
this screen for a slight discount off the full price.
The email notification is configurable with specific variables
which are inserted into the email when it is generated. The
default setup is for eBay (Copyright eBay Inc). If your
auction company is another, you can modify the letter through
admin to obtain the layout and verbage you want. Below is a
sample email which includes links to add the product to the
winner's basket and view the item's entry at the auction site.
