Dear William Weiland

You have ordered licenses for software from our store. We 
do not have an automated download of files since we don't
have real time credit card processing.  Rather, after we 
receive notification from PayPal that your funds have been 
deposited in our account or we receive a check or money order 
from you, we will process your order.

There may be a delay in processing if nobody is at the 
computer when the payment arrives or if we are having email or
web connectivity problems.  We will process your order as soon
as we can but if you do not receive it within 24 hours of when 
you know your payment arrived, please contact us.

The files are sent to you as zip files.  You unzip them and the 
actual modules and applets are inside as mv files.  Most of the 
modules have the installation notes in the comments section of 
the mv file itself.  We are in the process of implementing a new
help file system which is easier to read and a button click away
online.  If the module you licensed already has that capability
you will see a small red cross image on the product description
page in our store.  It is linked to the help file and you can 
review it at any time.  Additionally, in the admin configuration 
screen for the particular module, in the upper right corner, 
there is also the small red cross linked to the help file.
