The below text can be used to create a store morph email. Before you just copy and paste, you need to check a few things for your store. 1) Go to admin > pages > items tab at top. Make sure you have an item called "fonts". The module is MMUI Fonts, so some CSSUI stores may have deleted it. I don't know of anybody who has deleted it, but anything is possible. If you don't have the "fonts" item, you will need to go through the text below and remove every line where you see . Do not remove lines like and . If you have our Tool Kit module and are using the alsobought feature (customers who bought this product also bought these other products) AND the Tool Kit version is 5.207 edit this section by changing the domain names to your store. If you are not, remove that whole section. You can always add the section back in if you update the Tool Kit and implement the also bought feature. 7) In the signature block enter your name and change the domain. 8) Add a new page template. The code must be FOLLOWON The name of the page can be anything. Then copy and paste the text after you have done steps 1-6 above. Save the page. 9) If you haven't already done this, you can go back and change the text/content to match your store. 10) Optional email tokens for the general email when using store morph layout. Beginning with version 5.017 of the module, you can include optional email tokens. The module sends follow-on emails from the store email address. With the follow-on notifications you may want to change that to a different address within your organization. Or you may want to still send from the main store address but use the reply-to for customers to reply to a different address. You can also include the store name in the from address block. Below are examples of optional tokens you can use. %reply-to|someone@yourdomain.com% %from|otheremailinyourorganization@yourdomain.com% %from_name|YOUR STORE NAME% In version 5.020, we added a variation of the from_name token. If your mail server is not allowing the from address NAME, try this format. The new servers at mivamerchant.com are using a mail server that requires this format. %from_namens|YOUR STORE NAME% 11) The example email below uses the product thumbnail. If your store is not using that legacy thumbnail image and are using the additional images feature in newer versions of Merchant, you can use those images if you have our Emporium Plus Tool Kit (v5.240 or newer) installed in the store. Assign toolkit to the Items tab of the FOLLOWON page template. In the followitems foreach loop you can replace the item:thumbnail with this code. In the two examples below I am using 150 pixels as the desired image. Your thumbnail size may be different so substitute the values you use in your store.   If you are using the alsobought array (also shown below), you could replace the product:thumbnail code with this
