Overview
Display all open baskets in a table format. This report includes active and expired baskets. As a store owner you are able to see how many people come to your store and abandon baskets, even after placing items in the basket. In some cases, customers get to checkout and then abandon baskets and you can determine that too. As baskets are converted to orders, they disappear from this listing. Likewise, when expired baskets are deleted in Admin, they also disappear from this listing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I just installed the "show baskets" module. When I click on "show baskets" under "utilities", I see a button for "show baskets", when I click on that button, nothing happens, it just hangs.
A: You have too many baskets to display. Go to admin > store > utilities. Delete expired baskets. Then go to admin > utilities and pack the databases. You should be doing that daily or more frequently unless you have a module that deletes expired baskets automatically. If you do, you probably only need to pack the databases once per week.

Q: What is the X to the right of the basket id used for?
A: That deletes the basket. In some cases, people (possibly competitors) have been found placing huge quantities of products in their basket in an attempt to cause your products to be out of stock. If you suspect this is the case you can instantly delete their basket and return the products to inventory.
